Windows Privacy Module is a scam spyware software. STEP 1: Start your Computer in Safe Mode with Networking

First of all remove any removable media drives such as Floppy disks, CDs, Flash drives etc.
Restart your computer and just after the BIOS screen press “F8” key. You will see the menu.
Select “Safe Mode with Networking” and wait for the computer to start.

STEP 2: Remove Rogue Spyware Malicious Proxy Server

After your computer is started. Now you need to remove Privacy module proxy server. Its a malicious proxy server so removing it is necessary.
Open your Internet Explorer
Select Tools Options or wrench menu then select “Internet Options” then Go to connections after that click on LAN Connections/
There you will see proxy in it, Just uncheck “Use Proxy Server for your LAN”
Close the Internet Explorer

STEP 3: Run RKILL to terminate any known malicious process

In this step we will use a small utility called RKILL to terminate the malicious process.
To download RKill Please Click Here (If the link is dead please let me know via comment)
After downloading Double click and Start RKill and wait until it terminate any known malicious process.
After it has completed it task it will generate a log. Save it and you may need it later.

STEP 4: Remove Windows Privacy Module by Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

You will need Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for doing the further process.
First of all download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (FREE Trial).
After downloading install the Malwarebytes Anti Malware
After installing double click on it In the first start you will see the Trial Screen click on Decline.
Do a full system scan including your all drives.
After scanning is completed click on “OK” and click “Show Results”. There you will see the infected files.
Click on Remove Selected and all the viruses will be out of your system.
Restart your computer
